enlistmentThis step is your induction to your boot camp and drill sergeant, here you can
ask questions, have your fitness evaluated and be
allocated a team. Your
assessment will include:

- Height
- BMI
- Measurements
- Nutrition advice and meal plan
- Before & after photos
step 2 -
assignmentYour assessment results will be placed on to a chart and used to place you into
your appropriate squad from beginner to advanced.
Your results will give you a
guide to assess your progress through the program and evaluate your success
through out the 6 weeks.
step 3 - training
Each exercise will be taught with the correct technique and modification
depending on your physical ability. Each week you will
improve your ability by
increasing repetitions, modifying exercises and reducing run times. Your goals
will be set and achieved,
giving you visible results.
step 4 -
INDOCTRINATIONYour boot camp
will be 1 hour a day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Absence, lateness and
loss of kit will be dealt with in true military
style!
You will be require to bring the following kit:
- Running Shoes
- Skipping rope (leather is better)
- Exercise mat
- Pair of dumbbells (you will be advised which weight)
- Water
- Out door clothing
- Weight lifting gloves (optional)
Your program will include one or some the following exercises over different
days:
- Stretching
- Obstacle courses
- Squats
- Abb and core training
- Burpees
- Partner drill
- Pull ups
- Agility & power drills
- Press Ups
- Resistance training
- Squat thrusts -
Speed walking & Jogging
- Jumping Jacks - Military

- Good mornings - Free weight

step 5 -
GRADUATIONUpon completion
of your 6 week boot camp your after photo will be taken along with your
measurements and you will retake your entry
assessment to see how much you have
improved!
Book up for 6 weeks, for a 6.30am start Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 18 session
for £200
