Our mission is to physically and mentally challenge you, radically improving your fitness level and increase your sense of well being.
Our boot camp drill sergeants are qualified fitness instructors who  provide safe, effective exercise and nutritional guidance to
maximise  your results

We are not going to lie to you, its not easy, but If you are looking for results fast and in a fun and rewarding way then our boot
camp is exactly what you are after. Our six week intensive boot camp will whip you into the best shape of your life. A combination
 of team work, strength, agility, stamina, flexibility and nutrition three times a week for six weeks will get you the results you are
after. If you are having trouble motivating yourself or shifting that extra few pounds, your getting married, getting older or just
want to change the way you look then sign up to our fitness boot camp.

Our boot camps are suitable for all ages over 18, male and female and all fitness levels. Its not about shooting guns and fighting,
its about motivational fitness, about getting you to work hard and achieve the results you have been looking for, with a combination
of exercise and healthy eating.

What to expect - THE FIVE STEPS TO SUCCESS
 

step 1 - enlistment
This step is your induction to your boot camp and drill sergeant, here you can ask questions, have your fitness evaluated and be
allocated a team. Your assessment will include:

- Strength                - Endurance
- Flexibility              - Agility
- Stamina 
- Weight                   - Height
- BMI                        - Measurements

- Nutrition advice and meal plan
- Before & after photos

step 2 - assignment
Your assessment results will be placed on to a chart and used to place you into your appropriate squad from beginner to advanced.
Your results will give you a guide to assess your progress through the program and evaluate your success through out the 6 weeks.

step 3 - training
Each exercise will be taught with the correct technique and modification depending on your physical ability. Each week you will
improve your ability by increasing repetitions, modifying exercises and reducing run times. Your goals will be set and achieved,
giving you visible results.

step 4 - INDOCTRINATION
Your boot camp will be 1 hour a day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Absence, lateness  and loss of kit will be dealt with in true military
style!
You will be require to bring the following kit:
- Running Shoes
- Skipping rope (leather is better)
- Exercise mat
- Pair of dumbbells (you will be advised which weight)
- Water
- Out door clothing
- Weight lifting gloves (optional)

Your program will include one or some the following exercises over different days:
- Stretching                - Obstacle courses
- Squats                     - Abb and core training  
- Burpees                   - Partner drill
- Pull ups                    - Agility & power drills
- Press Ups                - Resistance training
- Squat thrusts           - Speed walking & Jogging
- Jumping Jacks          - Military exercise drills
- Good mornings         - Free weight exercises

step 5 - GRADUATION
Upon completion of your 6 week boot camp your after photo will be taken along with your measurements and you will retake your entry
assessment to see how much you have improved!
